Event Questions and Information

Date and Location: Friday, October 5, 2018 at the Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park. Parking is free in the attached parking garage and volunteers will be on site to direct you to the appropriate entrances and registration area in the hotel lobby. 

Where can I learn more about the organization before registering for this event?

Our website, www.assistpartners.org, provides an overview of the ministry and information about the services we provide our community at no-cost thanks to the generous support of individuals and churches.

How do I request special dietary accommodations? 

During your ticket check out process, you will be asked if you have any dietary constraints. Please list any requests in the appropriate response box.

A friend who is serving as a Table Host invited me. How do I register to sit at their table?

During your ticket check out process, you will be asked to enter the name of a Table Host if you were invited by a particular Table Host. Please enter their name in the response box. 

I wasn't invited by a Table Host, but I want to sit with a friend. How do I request seating with a friend?

During your ticket check out process, you will be given the opportunity to enter the names of any individuals attending the Banquet who you wish to sit with or near. We will do our best to accommodate seating preferences.

My children are interested in learning more about Assist. Can they attend with me?

We're so glad your whole family wants to support life! However, because of limited seating and the fundraising purpose of the event, we request that all attendees be adults and adults interested in partnering with the ministry financially. We have other great events that can involve the entire family. Please consider attending a ministry Open House with your family, or participating in our spring Walk|Run|Ride for Life in April 2019.
